The Association of Cruise Experts (ACE) is an organization dedicated to providing expert cruise information and advice to more than 12,000 travel agents throughout the country on all aspects of cruising. The Association is supported by 36 of the world’s leading cruise lines and, through training and support, ensures that ACE member travel agents are equipped to match customers with the right cruise, right ship and right itinerary.

There are three tiers of ACE membership -

1. ACE Ambassador Agents have achieved the pinnacle of cruise expertise, with advanced knowledge and experience gained through visits to cruise ships and in-depth cruise and destination training.

2. ACE Accredited Cruise Experts have achieved a recognized standard of knowledge having undertaken cruise and destination training with the likelihood of visits to cruise ships.

3. ACE members have the benefit of being able to access a comprehensive database of training modules related to both cruise ships and destinations.

All travel agents who are members of ACE are committed to cruise and are able to provide knowledgeable, informed advice to ensure your holiday meets and exceeds your expectations.
